Osmolator Universal 3155 not working

Thanks for your time.

I use a Osmolator Universal 3155 for my top off system. I awoke this morning to the return pump blowing bubbles into my tank. The osmolator isn't working the green light is always on. My water level has dropped 2" inches in my 45 gallon sump. My salinity is ~1.028.

Any ideas? Does the "eye" require cleaning?

Soaked the eye in a diluted solution of RO/DI and Vinegar. Seems good as new.

Disaster avertered. System Normal.
