My osmolator has been woking without a hitch since i bought it. Yesterday i went downstairs and my sump level was about 4" higher than max level. I removed the eye and soaked it in vinegar. I watched it fill back up to the right level. Now this morning the eye is completley submerged. Is the optic eye bad? And if so how do i get a new one?

It is likely the optic sensor if it was cleaned by a couple hour soak in vinegar and that did not solve it. How old is the controller? The optic sensor is not generally a DIY repair as the old one must be unsoldered from the controller and a new one soldered in.
