Hope you are well!
As I recall, you sold me the first osmolator with an iR sensor 5-13-2001 (at least according to my excell sheet). The reason for a replacement is that the osmolator often fails to sense a low water level. Sensor has been frequently cleaned so i think that it is an electronics issue???? Now, 12 years later, I am going to purchase a new one. That is easy to do online....
Thought that you would want to know..
