Osmolator

Hi Roger,

I looked on the Tunze website and could not find the controller box under spare parts for the osmolator. How would I go about finding a replacement? Could I just buy the box, and splice my existing sensors in? The DC plug, and everything else is working, I think.

you have to send it to tunze so they can fix it.I had asked about this myself.You will have to send it ti Roger.He will probably tell you the same when he responds.

The complete controller is part 5017, it includes the sensors. We can replace sensors if they are bad but if the unit got wet the only option is a complete new 5017.

I don't believe it got wet; I'm not entirely sure what happened. It's been on a slight decline for the past year and a half, and after I stored it and tried it again it wouldn't work.

Do you believe a cheaper solution could be had by sending it in and possibly getting it fixed? I don't know whats wrong, but I'd rather not get the whole shebang if I don't have to.
