Yes, you can go horizontally but I'm not sure the vertical height the pump would push.
Actually is going to be almost no Vertical height it goes from the bucket under the floor and about 25 feet away and in to the sump i can get a Mini jet 606 to pump water in the sump from that far away .
The thing i was worrying about how the osmolator works , some how it have to start and stop the pump and fill the sump from 25 Feet away and turn it off when the water level is up to the set height.

You can also use a different pump, go to the Tunze site and check it out.
Yes but how the pump get turn On and Off is it a special wire... or a regular extension cord will do.

Hook Control Unit, IR and float at tank/sump put pump in RO holding tank and get some #16 wire to extend the pump wire.

Do I need to have the holding tank below the sump level?

As long as you have a syphon break so it does not back syphon. I run my RO line to display, use a Maxi-Jet bracket with the airline clips they provide cliped to the glass crossbrace. I have 2 lines in bracket, RO above 1/2" above water and gravity feed for my Calcium reactor about 1 1/2" below waterline. If your holding tank is above where it goes it will still flow after pump cuts off.

Got it.... I can still drill or make a hole in to the hose up above the water line inside the reservoir that will stop any siphon is that correct?
Thanks John.

Can you run the line to display(above reservoir) these pumps aren't that big, if you drill a hole it might have a hard time pumping water in usefull amounts to your Tank/Sump
