HI Rvitko my osmolator stop working it has the to high alarm light on went the water level is fine check the sensor it is not stuck also low water level light blink what could be wrong thanks unit is 18 months old.

Usually this indicates the controller got wet but other causes are possible. Basically it is getting a two high and a two low signal, water damage, a faulty sensor or a strong magnetic field are all possible causes.
