Osomolator Metering Pump

Do these pumps have to be replaced, I think mime is shot. It wont start when the module is telling it to, I inspected the pump and it looks clean but i cleaned it anyway. The only way I can get it to start is by spinning the impeller with a screwdriver. I also double checked the wire connections. FWIW this device has worked flawlessly for almost 2 years and I will not be disappointed if the pump has to be replaced, but I was just wondering if you had any tricks up your sleeve.

It sounds like the pump is dead- 18-24 months is about the normal life. The pumps are not very expensive, MD has them in stock. It is part 5000.02
