Dog parade is in Soulard today to kick off Mardi Gras. The dog parade is usually not too crazy, but definately a good time. Registration is at 10:00, but don't let that stop ya. The Mrs. and I will have the odd couple out, Flash the ugly Bulldog and Luke our blue eyed Husky.
