I'm in the breezes at Palm aire off Atlantic and powerline south west side. It's not a bad complex and I'm 1100 for a 2/2 water included. I rent from a private person so it was all upgraded, but that's about the standard rate. The complex also rents them for the same, but you're not likely to get all the extras.

there isnt much ghetto in coral springs, just stay away from riverside north of sample. i know there is a few places alone sample and university going for the 900's and low 1k's. and i think there is a few on coral springs drive going for about that price as well. As well as the areas in the forrest hills area, just stay away from the palms. terrible place to live.
