OT/ COD4 & 5 PS3 anyone?

I had a Wii for all of about 2 months... what a piece...
Im an A.V. junkie thats why I love the PS3 and every thing it has to offer in one system, Its just like the Nintendo/Sega argument when we were younger, but as adults we know how to agree to disagree... lol And the add on HD dvd player for the xbox makes a good book end, or you can even use it to hold candles.
Im playing COD4 right now if anyone wants to play, you can watch me get all shot up...

At my house (well half at my dads and half at mine), you can play Activision, Atari, Atari 2400, NES, Sega Genisis, SNES, Dreamcast, PS1,PS2, PS3 X-Box and Wii.
And after playing all these you can still say that PS3 is the best thing ever esspecially with the Media server and one of the best Blu-ray players (a must have with a 1080P 120 hrz TV).
Just stoking the fire a little between the sony vs microsoft crowd.

At one point or another I've had all those systems, except for the x-box. I've played a couple games on there. I wouldn't buy one, maybe for free. Then I could sell it and buy games for the PS3.. My nephew has sent his back several times due to the red ring of death....

I still have a first gen Xbox360 never had the ring but thats cause I know how to take car of them ..most of the issues with them are overheating and poor circulation due to inproper placement or unclean envirements ..IE inside of entainment centers with stuff all a round them and dusty places ....would you do that to your PC??? I dont I also maitain my things like blow it out and clean my opticals ...as for consoles I have had all consoles evermade exept PS3 shoot I still have my NEOGEO system that cost over 1500 bucks when it came out But I have had no problems at all with my Xbox so why would I buy somthing that soes not support software companies and help them develop games that take full advantage of there console .....Like I have said Sony blew it !!!! Big time I dont see the need for a bluray and in my eye thats all it has to lean on !!!

Wow I forgot about the Neogeo. Any one that says reefing is expensive has never been a gamer, at least you can sell your frags and equipment no one wants to buy my Madden 97 game.

LOL Yeah I am into the classic consoles my dad and I have been collecting them whaile ...oddessey intellivision ect. ect.
i have a 360, and i hate their customer service. it is by far the worst. and i have had basically every console since atari, and the 360 breaks more than any of them. you figure that they would have fixed this problem since it was similar to the problems they had with the original. i am waiting to receive my 3rd console from them. i know how to take care of a console as well, but it is ridiculous to have to baby this thing as much as it needs. it is a video game system, not a child. i leave my laptop in the same exact type of environment and it doesn't have any problems. xbox is lacking in several areas. i am thinking about switching to a ps3. all of the games i like are, for the most part, multiplatformers. tekken, street fighter, resident evil, all are on both systems. the only game on 360 i like that is exclusive is gears of war. i will miss that game.

I have had a 360 for over a year and no problems. My son actually dropped a full bowl (ceramic) of cereal on top of it while playing COD4 and nothing happened to the console. I can't play backlot and downpour cause the disc got scratched but the console was fine.
I'm also a a pc gaming baby and can play much better with a keyboard and mouse.
