I have been around. I have just been very busy working, cleaning out my basement, tending to my garden, planning my next trip and practicing my mini golf skills.

OT is still here, but we've been laying low. I've been spending too much time working, exercising and improving on my house! Trying to get my downstairs finished and get my 275g up for the winter. New floors, light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc... All while riding both of my bikes and building a new one. :lol:

First off, get on Facebook. There are lots of pictures up there! And besides, I'm still working on the "Body by Hansy" program. He's finally gotten me doing strength training as well as running and riding, although I don't know that i'll ever be able to catch up to true Hansy buffness. :lmao:

Although I am proud to be in the "Juggy wants a picture" club.

hahahahahahaha Yeah man, too many years of being fat tends to make me not want to have a shirt off when i'm outside. And I just can't make myself go to the tanning booth... I'm afraid I might see Beefy there and that would just make things a little too weird. :lol:

You are safe Krunchy...I wont do tanning beds. I have serious concerns about falling asleep and getting cooked. NO SIR, this Beef is best served RAW!
