OT- Does anyone know a good patent attorney?

Before you go and spend a LOT of money on a patent attorney you might want to research what a patent will REALLY do for you.

You can read in quite a few places on the net about the high cost of getting a patent. The search can be quite expensive and depending on what you're trying to patent, certain pieces, parts or even ideas on design can already be patented.

You then need to consider if a patent will really be worth it. A patent gives you the right to sue someone for patent infringement but does not guarantee that you will win.

You might want to read the info contained in the link below and good luck!

Thanks! Are you by any chance the girl that bought some LR at GWA grand opening sale and I helped carry it to your car?

Yup. That would be me! I sent you the info. I have a lot of my artwork copyrighted and my step-dad owns a company, so my family uses him all the time. Very nice guy!
