What if you did not receive a bill? This will be our first time, and we have received nothing in the mail. Says they were mailed out around the 12th of October.

Guess I will investigate Tuesday. Do you get a grace period due to the 30th and 31st being weekends, and everything is closed tomorrow on New Year's day anyhow?
