OT - Free gas?!?

thats pretty cool i saw it wuite a while ago and me and a buddy of mine built a system here with metal plates spaced apart stacked together a positive 12 volt on one set and the negative on the other dropped the lil unit in soapy water and it seperated the gas from the water put fire to the bubbles big bang pretty interesting.
gotta love science =)

A friend of ours has a car that runs on vegetable oil he recycles from restaurants. He gets if free as the restaurants have to pay to get rid of it, so he's actually saving them money. He modified his diesel engine and drove all the way from Maine to here in his "veggie car." He says that actually, soy bean oil is the best and cleanest running...imagine, putting money in the pockets of farmers instead of the mega rich oil guys! Hopefully we'll be seeing more and more vehicles that get us beyond the use of nonrenewable resources!

A friend of mine has the same thing....he pays for his grease though. He says his exhaust smells like french fries at times, and garbage other times. I guess it just depends on the quality of the grease.... ;)

heads up got the video being ripped and burnt from the science project we have created
gimme about 10 min and check back

my father-in-law's truck runs on propane or gas. works out well for him, he builds propane trucks, so he can take some out of all the trucks he works on, and have free gass :)

awsome. Marcye's friend actually gave us a whole tour of his car. It looks like an easy change and WELL worht the price. Now all i need to do is find a strictly desiel powered car. He says all he does is ask for used grease and they happily give it to them.

but imagine not asking for anything...just sitting out side with a jug in the rain, lol.
