OT- Heating Help Needed

My heat is not kicking on and I just want to make sure it’s not something that I’m just missing.

There is a switch (like a light switch) that is on the side of it that is on and you can hear it kick on. There is also a pipe going into the side of it that has a red valve on it that is turned parallel with the pipe so I think that is correct. I have it set on “heat” and I’ve even tried kicking it up to 80* or so to see. Any thoughts? I’ve tried searching for information on the model but can’t find anything on it. I’m guessing it’s approx. 8-11 years old so I don’t know if it would have a pilot light. Here is the info I do have:

International Comfort Products
MFG No. NEPD36F191B1
Serial No. L991450793

Model No. EPD36F19B1
Cased Model 4

Evaporator Coil Model No. EPA36F19B1

Shut the switch off and turn it back on and watch ( and listen to ) what happens Justin.

Report back.:D

I did so. It turns off. When I flip it back on, it sounds like it comes back on and you can feel the forced air going through the big pipes/tubes

Also found a different model number when I took off the door.
GNE100F14A1

Looks like it's a Comfortmaker GNE100F14A1

By looking online, I'd guess it's from about 1999 and I think it does have a pilot light
