MY car is stuck in coconut creek and I need it flatbeded to miami by the airport. Anyone in the tow business or have the ability to tow?

Can't help you with a tow to miami. But I can point you to a decent mechanic in the Lauderhill area if you are interested.

Its for a mini cooper and some mechanics dont like to work on them. Damm British cars. The mechanic in Miami is part of the Mini forum and has owned 3 coopers.

I don't believe they will. But feel free to check. If you have a friend with it they might be willing to burn one of their tows for you.

Have you thought about calling the mechanic to see if they recommended a specific tow service? I think either way you are looking at a nice chunk of change for that distance. Depending on the cost, it might be cheaper to rent a trailer or dolly from uhaul. Just trying to give you some options.

Good ideas. I should keep AAA with a 5 yo car.

If you get aaa get the plus you get free hook up and 100 miles the basic gives you very little miles and I have used aaa to tow from one location (home) to mechinc before good luck

Vista BMW up in that area works on them I think. At least they were selling them when Mike bought the BMW. Check with them.

AAA will also charge a little extra if you want them to tow the saw day you signup. To go to Miami you will need the plus, otherwise they only tow a few miles, then you have to pay per mile. Some of their drivers try to really push their mechanic [the tow is free there and back if you use them], but your usign a unknown mechanic then.

If you have full coverage insurance that sometimes includes road side assistance. You might have to pay for it up front but your insurance company will reimburse you. Find out with your insurance company.
