Sorry, forgot to mention its for a refugium in my sump. Was wondering if the salt water is going to react with the back and the cut out area of the acrylic.

Again, I'm not an acrylic expert (so someone can certainly correct me), but most acrylic cements (such as weldon) are not like paints, but rather work by melting the top few millimeters and then fusing with neighboring pieces.
