OT kinda, looking for land and may be getting rid of my tank until after I move

Family has decided we want to live in the country and have horses. With my wife growing up with them and my daughter taking lessons to ride, it looks like we will be moving out.

So if anyone (hint hint Nanook) knows of any:

A) Land 5+ acres in the rockwood school district either Pond or Geggie elementary school, jefferson country down FF would be perfect. Must be at least 70% open field. Pond or lake is a bonus

or

B) House with land 5+ acres that can be rebuilt, or even already fine with horse facilities

So along those lines I may be posting my system for sale in preparation of the move. Please note I am NOT posting it for sale right now, so no price is needed

If we build I have 6-12 months after we close on the property, but if we find somewhere to buy then I would need to move faster

I am NOT going to try and move this system, not worth the headache

So let me know if anyone knows of anything out there, land being first choice.

Thanks all

Clark

I can give you my real estate agents name and you can give her your criteria...Example...5+ acres farthest east 270, west High 109, North High. 40, South Richardson Rd.

When anything pops into her system that matches that area and acreage, it will send you an email automatically with all the property info, etc...

BTW- Did you get my PM?

Be sure to check on acreage vs. number of horses allowed for the land you find. Sometimes when looking the existing owner may be grandfathered and then after you get it you find you can't keep as many as the last owner did.

Got your PM and replies

Yeah Doc, your right, but usually the most it limits you to is 1 hourse per acre, so thats not a problem as I want 5+ acres and only have plans for 3 horses
