Finally got a fish related tattoo today lol. It's just a few pieces from a Dr. Suess leg sleave i just finished today. It's the first fish related piece i have, so i had ta share.
Nice I am getting ready to go under 20 hours over the next 1 1/2 year to do a whole Coral Reef from the bottom of my back to the top of my neck been saving money and sketching for over 2 years.Yours looks great
Thanks . The work was done by Randy Labonte at Mr. Williams Tattoo in Tavares on old 441. It's really kind of a coloage of Dr. Seuss pieces. There is The Lorax, Horton Hatches the Egg, One fish two fish, and the one with the gun to his head is just a piece i found in a Dr. Seuss art collection. Not sure if it was ever in a book or show. I just really liked it and had to add it in somewhere lol. Here are some better pics i got with my real camera this morning. We still have 3 more small fish to add around the ankle, The second of the two fisf and red and blue fishes lol, and a plate of green eggs and ham is going in the back at the very topabove the crystal ball and claw. Horton is still looking pretty rough lol. He has just been there for a week now so he's still healing up.
Hard to figure up since it was done over a years time frame, but i would guesstamate maybe $500. Randy work in sessions if u are a regular and will charge about $150 to $200 per session depending on the detail and placement. A session for most people is about 3 1/2 hrs. Your skin gets over worked even if you can take the pain lol. The claw and crystal ball was a single session and cost me $150.
There is a rooster hanging from a rope on the side of my leg not shown lol. It goes from my knee to my ankle. I left it out since this is a family site. I am just excited i finally found something fish related to tattoo that was off the wall lol. The rooster was also $150
