OT - Lets all sit back and enjoy a good smoke

Will have to take a look at those forums. Nichole and I love BBQ and if I can manage to do burnt ends decently it would serve as a get out of jail card a heck of a lot better then flowers would anyday!

Also it is $299 direct from Smokin-it, and shipping was $30 for my quote. The customer service is said to be top notch.

Well it's Sunday so you know what that meats. Time to roll the smoke. This round in doing some beef plate ribs or "Dino Bones"

Can't wait. Hope they turn out good.

Technically not smoked, but first time trying charcoal grilling on an old Webber kettle I have. Came out pretty good if I do say so myself.

These are super delicious, every bite is packed with prime rib type bites. Everyone needs to try these

I've been on a beef plunge as well. Two words... Cowboy Ribeye.

Have done my fair share of cowboy ribeye's...but I'm done buying ribeye's for awhile since I splurged on the local sale around here and bought 12 of them, 4 tri-tip's, 15 chicken thighs, sausage and ground beef. So we are set for awhile, lol. Had a few family get togethers so the ribeye count went down. lol

Although the old lady said I haven't done pulled pork in awhile so it looks like sunday's smoke will be a nice Pork Shoulder.
