I am in the market for a car, preferrabey a small pickup truck or small car. I would much rather buy it 3rd party and from someone i know or someone that somsone i knows know. SO, if you can help me out or know of a friend that cna, please let me know. I am looking to spend nothign more than $4000 (well, my parents are (hopefully))

Have you tried local motors on ebay and sorting by price?
