These files are in the public domain right? I understand they are copyrighted material, but if you are only using them for personal use, i don't see why it is illegal. Now if you are downloading them to burn and sell, that's a whole other story. Either way, i guess just look and listen but don't download if it worries you. I wonder if they allow reef tanks in prison? lol

Why would you when you can buy the CD for under $20? I just listen to the songs and if i like them i go buy them so i can sit and look at the cover while i listen to my legally purchased CD.

The point of my original post was that I get to hear new artists with sounds that I like. I get in a rut with the same old same old.

I like R&B and some hiphop so I learned about Erykah Badu who does this crazy song Tyrone...made me laugh. And you know I like to do that! She crosses over into jazz. My kinda artist.
