OT - Natures Last Hooraaa

Recently (last week) got my Nikon D80 and put a Tamron 28mm-75mm 2.8 lens on it.

Noticed outside the other night that my back yard was going nuts with activity, so I grabed the new camera and started snaping away. Here are a few of what I thought were the best.

No croping or post production was done, simple resized for posting.

I see you're likin it. You take 100 pics on a whim huh??

I played with the lens yesterday. They only had the canon mount so I had to play on a different camera, but it was nice.

Very Nice. Keep them commin.

DOH !! Run back and we may not get in trouble.

Where are your pics with the new camera?

Nice, were those here or down there? Do you know the flower?

I took them at my house, I have a creek that runs behind my house so I get plenty of wildlife even though I live in town.

No idea so to the flower, its some kind of weed that grows in my yard, they were all blooming this week. I need to mow my yard :D
