OT: Need Concrete/ screened patio.....

i will be buying a house that i will like to add a Screened in alum. patio and it will also need to have a Concrete slab around the back of the house. anyone here in the business?? this will be in the west Pines area

I think Al is the guy to talk to about that stuff, cause IIRC that was his business before the recent economic downturn, but he'd still probably know the people to talk to. Hopefully he'll see this, if he's not too busy taking care of the newborns to check RC now and then

i will be drawing up a sketch of exactly what i need with dimensions, to make it easier to get prices!

Rogger, thanks for the congrats! i am a ball of nerves though, this is my first home and with the economy the way it is, i cant help but to be worried but i feel i have to take a chance! i dont know if things will improve or get worse, will house prices take a more severe tumble or stabilize, will interest rates get better or worse etc etc.....

Thanks Man! i fortunately have the Financing secured, however i will throw a fit if the rates drop below 4% sometime in the near future (not that theres any indication that they will but you never know what can happen )
