Reefer Who needs Help!!!
So I picked up a pretty cool Neon Light fixture. Nothing crazy or rare but I'm loving the style. It's a Bare Nuckle Stout neon fixture. The very top portion of the fixtures tube has broken. It's in 3 sections. Now the top section is out and the middle section won't fire. I'm hoping a neon guy is here who can fix it without breaking the bank. I'm told it may need a new ballast on the top as well. Any help would be great guys.
