OT ... non-yellowing clear coat ?

Does anyone know of a clear coat that I can use over white latex paint on wood furniture that will not cause yellowing ? I prefer something that can be brushed on , but do have a spray gun and compressor here if I have to go that route ( want to avoid using anything out of a spray can if possible ). I have tried the water based spar urathene from minwax unsuccessfully . I am refinishing an antique bedroom set for my daughter and any help is appreciated . thanks
