Anybody ever tried the spray on stuff for the plate? Wouldn't do me any good since the front of my trailer would just give them my phone number.

All I can say is do the ONLINE TRAFFIC SCHOOL, it is about 1/3 the time and so much less painful then actually going to a class and sitting for 8 hours.

I sat through one of those, it was horrible. You are right about the on-line thing, it's definitely better.

Just tell the judge you were drunk and didn't see the light Richard. Works every time !

Better start breaking off some frags for the SCMAS meet. Anyone want to buy a Green A. Milli for $400.00 !
He better not be hacking up the green milli already! :)

Not accepted in many counties, including Orange.

Dude, if you ran the red, then pay the penalty. Lucky you didn't kill someone. Why fight it if you're guilty of it! - that's just not taking responsibilities for your action.

If you want to pay with your time, then do traffic school.

Err, yea, like you would pay if you don't have to. Remember that the money from those cameras does not go to the city. It goes to an independant company. I got nailed for not making a complete stop before making a right turn. I had full view in all directions.

It really doesn't matter where the money goes. If you're guilty then take responsibility for it. Own up to your actions.

I agree completely with you about the complete stop for turning - that's one of the dumbest rules around. But then again, there's punks out there that will cut off pedestrians while making the turn. So if they make exception, then the rule is no longer enforceable and there's no way to stop those punks from driving over a little kid. :)

I think the first step would be to get a copy of the photos that were taken. THEN determine whether or not you actually ran the red - or it if such a thing appears on the photos.

i agree... if you see the photo and the picture of you is clear as day of YOU looking up slightly to the left or right (depending on where the light might be located at the intersection in question), leaning a little closer to your stearing wheel then normal while holding it with both hands... with your eyes half squinting and mouth half open.... i dont think you have a chance

Yes, photo-radar blockers work pretty well. Sprayed on my license plate, stood back 10 feet and took a digital picture, in broad daylight, and the plate was over-exposed, couldn't make out anything. It works even better at night. It reflects the poweful flash that is used, day or night, with all photo radars, and the product hasn't been outlawed in any municipality that the manufacturer is aware of.
