haha....he is the most fierce player.....probably because he's only 1 year old

although I hate small white dogs, he has the best heart and attitude out there and he's really funny, so I don't mind him much

but he plays the most, he sneaks up on the bigger dogs while they're resting and just pounces on them and bites their tails and ears and legs

I really like the corgi mix.

On your maltese, something you might try to get the discoloration around his eyes is a little apple cider vinegar mixed in with his food. I would start at about a teaspoon and work your way up to a tablespoon if needed.

his naso-lacrimal ducts are not properly developed...they were attempted to be flushed during his neutering, but with no success, so they must be degenerate

so that is why his tears go on his face so much...its actually gone down a little in the past few weeks since I changed his food from puppy to adult

I'll give the vinegar a try
