not to bash police officers, but after having dealt with hundreds of police officers...... they really know nothing about the law. (a little scary)

always get a police report when in an accident.. I have been rear ended twice and my wife once... Twice the guys have tried to get away, and say I'll give you cash.. I never let them...and called the police immediately. my car always got fixed... funny thing 2 of the accidents the people were on thier cell phone.
