Yeah, its why we Americans use much more energy than any other country. People who work on the west side of town , live on the east side, and vice-a-versa. a gallon of gasoline(about 6.1 pounds) makes 19.4 pounds of CO2 and some other stuff. It's Magic. so we can figure our driving emmisions from that.
now that you got me on a roll, my other favorite subject is how much power we use for our tanks. I just looked up a De. CO2 emmisions rate per KWHR. Its 1.958 pounds of CO2 per killowatt hour. so a 175 watt halide, burning 12 hours a day uses 2100 watthours, or 2.1 kwhrs per day, producing 4.11 pounds of CO2 from the electricity generation per day. or 1500 pounds per year..
