Big Red had a couple eggs that just hatched. The nest is on a light tower over the athletic field on Cornell Campus. It's pretty cool to check in from time to time. The eggs hatched sunday, 2 chicks and another on the way! Looks like squab and sparrow is on the menu! 'Big Red' is the momma and Ezra is the dad.

Check it out!

Thanks Squidward, that's awesome!

That reminds me, my wife came home one day and said she saw a hawk on the neighbors lawn having lunch. I went outside to check it out. "Holy crap!" I said, " That's a perigrine! I know we have some pairs downtown, but I was very excited to see close up! Somewhere I have some (not too good) pics!

Red tails are one of my favorite raptors, as are Peregrine falcons. I heard about the Red tail cam, but not about the falcon cam. That is definitely one bird cam I should not miss. Thanks for the heads up!
