Call it what you want to. I for one don't go out and call people all day nor do I PM people here on RC. All I do is the wholesale industry and I give the brokers, etc the rates. I do all the paperwork. While at work I see a lot of people get into loans that they should not be getting into, or getting into something they think is a "GOOD DEAL". They get ripped off etc. So I told myself I will help out people, I will get them what they deserve. Unlike these loan officers who rip people off, and allow them to sign something they can have for half the price. Maybe if you were in this industry you would understand a bit. Like one of the coaches in the NFL once said, "when you think you know. You just don't know."
I put that as my sig. in case there were someone thinking of it. Just to remind them they have other options. Just put it this way, I see people close loans and get ripped off, it's on a daily for me. I just hate seeing it happen. I sure hope you are not one of those people who got into a loan and just realized you got took and now have a vengeance for people in my industry. Posting something like that, because you once thought you knew........ then realized. Flame me all you want, I will not change.

That makes it illegal

In either case, we only allow the selling/trading of specifically reef related items here.
On that note, I take it this can be put to bed, and it won't come up again.
