Oh, I can get screaming fast internet from Surewest. But I'm not looking for the fastest, I'm looking for the cheapest. I miss my ATT/SBC DSL. It was only $14.95/month. That's kinda surprising Mark. As an ex HSD installer(Sac cable, comcast, at&t, then back to comcast) Surewest was our biggest competitor with their fiber optics. The only thing I think that slowed their momentum from taking over was their being in a very limited location and at the time was only availble in mid sac and some pocket areas.

Just looked at Comcast and its more than my DSL. Guess I will stick with Surewest for now.

Is this wireless to the modem/router or to the machine?
I switched mine to a N type wireless network......recently, and notice a big difference over the G type.
