hey everyone just wanted to give a heads up that my actual apt is on fox 13 tonight because they illegally searched our rooms without our concent. Should be one of the top stories but the room where Randy or Shannon Randy Holms (my roommate) was one of the main interviewies but i didnt want to be on TV cause im not suppose to have my 125 and im afraid the leasing people will want to target me and kick me out lol. But the news crew that my tank was awesome LoL!

Watch it tonight!

Fox 13 News at 10pm or channel 10 news at 11.

lol I saw it and I saw this like alien blue light and I was like there it is... but no tank shot lol. Thats b/s though they have no right to go through your clothes and stuff.

That sucks. The authorities should not be searching with a warant and true probuably cause. Sorry to hear about it.

they = management/landlord.

there were complaints made about gunshots around our building and OBVIOUSLY they really dont stay around after dark cause that happens ALLthe time. litterally i hear about 3+ gunshots per week. They were searching for firearms and drugs. but their attourney is actually meeting with us at 2pm to discuss this situation. LoL yeah, they news peeps really wanted to record it but i didnt want the leasing people to get mad at me casue were only allowed to have a 10 gallon tank. lol. I couldnt stop laughing when my roommate said he feels like he's living in cuba. LOL

but according to the attourney, even if a leasing contract says that they can search our personal belongings, statute or any laws will override any contract, any day.

If they felt you had committed a crime, they should have gotten law enforcement involved.

yeah, i used to study law and i know thats definetly not something they can do. We had a conference with fox 13 new's attorney and lets just say i might be upgrading my tank LOL yeah the blue light in the living room was my 125. im pretty ****ed off at this place, they also towed my car the day before the news people FOR NO REASON. needless to say i gotmy car back, of course they didnt charge me, but regardless, i was pretty po'd cause i missed some classes
