As you can see it has blue Neons in it and a see-thru window, also has a temp guage on the front.

NOT SHIPPING IT AT ALL so please do not ask. Will NOT trade for corals either. The wife wants a laptop for herself and were using this money to get one. Thanks all.

That cat, let me tell you his name is Shadow, and he got that name cause he follows me EVERYWHERE I go I mean everywhere, its amazing how much that cat loves me. So im sorry to say he is priceless to me!!! Welp if the price is right I may consider!! LOL :D

Just the opinion of a hardcore PC gamer (I spend 3-5 nights a week raiding in WoW and EQ2 so I have some experience)....

Not a bad price for your box but it's underpowered for most graphic-driven games today. You'd want to have at least 100g hard drive and 1g RAM to even consider playing most PC games of any caliber and substantially more for things like EQ2 (which my system even struggles with). A processor running 2.8 isn't bad if it's dual core but I'm guessing it's not for that price. Fine system for general usage, though, and older or less graphically demanding games.

Now that I've totally geeked out...

Can I use it as a sump?? Are those T5 lights in it??
Mike, what did you do to the cat that he follows you everywhere??;)

Mike, why couldn't you have sold this a month ago, my Mom's puter crapped out- she ended up ordering a new one from Dell for alot more $$, lol.

ahh angelsil, so you are the one taking up my husband's time every night. He also raids on WoW all the time - he plays on Khadgar (whatever the heck that is, lol). I told him if he ever gets EQ2, we are getting divorced.

Uh...why would I want to do that Rob? Where was I rude or in any way confrontational? He's selling it as a gaming computer but it's not really powered to handle newer games. As I said above it is a fine system for general usage . If Mike has a problem he's welcome to talk to me himself.

Khadgar is a realm LauraCline. It's kinda like a 'mini-world' where a set of gamers interact. I play on Lothar =)

OK well this is going to mess this thread up all this kind of talking...I have used this CPU for COD 2 and NASCAR LIVE and it works PERFECT. I bought this computer from a LAN Company and they have even played the old doom on it. So it works GREAT for those games , I NEVER said it was for crazy games like Doom 3 or anything, sometimes I DO wish people can just keep their comments to themselves sometimes. I guess I will put this on e bay. There NOTHING at all I am hidding about the CPU.. I like it alot and would keep it if the wife didnt want a laptop. I know from my own experiance when I see this kinda talk about things I shy away from it and im sure others will also.

Mike - I'll get one of the moderators of this forum to close it...

For reference, anyone selling on RC should read this thread.

To summarize a couple of points:
- Selling of non-reef related items on RC is prohibited. In our club forum here, it hasn't really been enforced because it hasn't been a problem. But it is a rule.

- Technically, buying and selling should be restricted to the appropriate buying/selling forums. Again, this typically isn't strictly enforeced in club forums unless it becomes a problem.

- Selling posts are not for discussion. Commentary on the quality or price of an item should be avoided. Angel - this is likely why Rob posted what he did.

yeah not to be a jerk like I normally come across. just mike explained what everything was and it is up to people to educate themselves and buy what they want. mike never claimed it was the fastest or best . just sometimes some things are better left unsaid because someone this computer would be perfect for would read that it wasn't good enough and because there was a somewhat negative comment about it go on and buy something else.
angel you know I have nothing against you at all I just thought some of what was said would have been better unsaid in public.
