Ot - yo!

I didn't sleep well at all until I started going to the gym very regularly...now I sleep like a baby.

ah ha! BUSTED. I kinda like being awake when no one else is......not only is it quiet...but if you are outside....and it's still....look up at the stars...kinda keeps everything in perspective......

awww, that's BS....where's my beer......lmao.

Ryan, your exactly correct, exercise really helps with sleep. I always sleep great after a day with a long bike ride/hike etc.

Also, this may be under-considered but having a clear conscience. I think many people lay awake at night because the stress of making it all work-out somehow when bad or selfish decisions have made a life-mess. So keeping it clear, doing right, doing the good thing, helps too.

I just can't shut my brain off, I do all of my daydreaming and planning the next day just before I sleep. I also try to review the previous days experiences to see what needs to be remembered and what can tossed. I just have a very active thought pattern and the more tired I am the more it gets random and wandering and takes me down all sorts of different paths.

oh shoot...i need neighbors in social city!!!!! go look for me and sign me up as a friend...Kat McNally....got a picture of Padme Amidala up there right now...
