Hello,

I was wondering if you know of any other aquarium system controllers other than the Neptune Aqua and the AquaDyne that you would recommend?

Good Luck and Have Fun!!!;

I like the Aquatronica, I currently use one and it is a perfect fit for my needs. The drawback is that it is on the expensive side & very intricate to program, on the other hand it is very customizable and expandable, the display is very user friendly.
I have also owned & used the Reefkeeper, it is also a very nice unit specially if you have a budget, the drawback is that it is not as versatile and expandable as the other controllers in the market.

Rogger and Gasman;

Thanks for the quick replies!!! I was looking at the Aquatronica online and it looks really nice. It seems to have all the features I want and would ever want.

Were did you acquire yours from?

Gasman, how did it save your tank twice?

Good Luck and Have Fun!!!;
:thumbsup:

I got mine through aquarium obsessed.

I believe that manny's chiller went down and through the programming he had in his unit his lights were shut down after the temperature reached the max allowed thus stopping the temperature from rising more and saving the corals

i have being using the reefkeeper 2 for 10 days so far i like it, very easy to setup. it also has that feature that is if the tank temp reaches a certain temp it shuts down the lights. I have mine set at 84.5F. I wanted the flush look on the canopy and the price was good. $257 without pH probe. from 2 parts solution.

exactly.
Mine also thru AO-Canada.

I bought my Aquatronica used on RC for a pretty sweet deal. I chose it over the Aquacontroller3 because of the expandability, and that it's easier to program IMO. The Aquacontroller3 has a built-in ethernet web interface, which is very important to me, as I'm away from my tank for 3-4 weeks every month, but I've got the seperate ethernet module on order for my aquatronica. It was worth paying the premium.
