This is really weird. My heater on my second Energy Bar rapidly gets switched on/off rapidly by the Apex even though it should not be on at all since the temperature of my tank is over the "off" set temp for the heater.
It gets stranger. I can't control that outlet via AquaNotes on my iPhone and when I use the apex web interface, the outlet keeps switching off/on rapidly enough though the status page of the web interface says off.
Now add this part: I switched the heater to another available outlet and re-programmed that outlet to be the new heater outlet (called it heater_2). Once I hit "update outlet", it disappeared!
In case it helps, I'm running Firmware 4.04 - 1B11
