When purchasing from online retailers for reef supplies, or anything for that matter, very little can make a company stand out besides price.
Premium Aquatics is the exception.
I recently ordered quite a bit from PA (Fixtures, lamps, skimmer, etc), fortunately the geographic convenience enabled my items to arrive the next day, but that is not why I'll be a customer for life.
While I cant speak for everyone who works there, Jeremy B has gone out of his way to ensure the best customer relation I've ever experienced. Not only did he price match a competitor, but when there was a complication with one of my orders, he handled the situation like you would treat someone you personally know.
In the large sea of possible companies to chose from, if customer service, human interaction, and reliability are important to you, look no further than Premium Aquatics.
