over lighting tanks?

I have way more blue then white and i personally like it, i like seeing the glow of the corals and just enouph white to see the natural colors also...i dont kno comparatively but my growth has been phonominal considering my tanks 6 months old ...acan frag went from 2 1/3 to 3 1/2 in about 3 months, trumpet coral 2 heads and 1 split already...i mean im just tryin to say alot of blue amd some white will get good growth, maybe not as good but i mean their growing nicely to me...esp the sps that get blasted...my half dead chalice went from 2 heads to 4 and has come back to life

I've been looking into changing a lot of my white LEDs out. The one consistent thing amongst the tried and true MH/T5 bulbs is that they're primarily blue with minor spikes in green and reds. I want to take out almost all of my whites, both cool and neutral whites, and replace them with the GRB Ocean White 3-ups. Once I do that, I will see what results I get. I will only have a couple of cool whites and a couple of 3-ups in my fixture. My reasoning for the CWs is that the NW peak in the yellows, and the WW peak near the oranges. The only one of the three that fits into the peaks are the CWs because they peak in the greens. The CWs still hit some in the yellows and oranges, which should be enough IMO. I primarily want to focus on the blues and other minor spikes of the successful bulbs. I know that roughly similar configurations have been used before but I haven't heard much feedback from them before. Plus, the multiple colors were used as supplemental colors and not the primary source for white light. I'm curious to see the results for myself. Any opinions? Advice?
