I have a 600 gph CPR CS-90 overflow with aqualifter pump and prefilter. Two months old needs new bulkhead, a $4.95 part.Asking $59. In great shape being replaced by the bigger CPR CS-102.

What size tank would that work best for. I'm thinking 75, or that going to be too big?

It depends. I had mine running @ 600 gph and seemed to be the right amount without too many microbubbles unless you plan on expanding your system.
