what are most of you using to go from your HOB overflow to your sump. i have found that the bulkhead in my overflow is a tighter thread than standard plumbing, or i would just build some pvc lines. Thanks.
I just use a hose, but some people do use PVC. I thought all the overflows were pretty much standard plumbing parts, though. The DIY forum might be the place to look for help.
it could be a (BPS not NPT) Brittish Pipe Standard not Natoinal Pipe Thread. the difference is only one thread per inch, and it does make a difference. it will start to thread one revelotion then lock because of that reason. ive been a precision machinist for 23 yrs. with a Journeyman degree and this is one ive dealt with to many times. it wont even match Metric threads. lol! replace it if you can get it loose with NPT. America Rules!! REEF-ON!!!
