If you're talking about a HOB overflow, then they're pretty easy to build out of PVC. That's what I currently use on my DT.

You should be able to go into RC and look at the DIY forum or do an RC forum search for DIY overflow.

Preston, I wanna say I recalled seeing some smaller overflow boxes off-the-shelf at the LFS's: Kermits & MemFish.

What type of skimmer do you use? CPR has some bolt-on's for existing HOB Skimmers.

thanks marty, but those are too big( the tank is only a 20 gallon frag)--i have two of those already and that will be too much flow for such a small tank

A single one like I built out of 1" PVC will handle about 150-170 gal/hr of flow. I made a double one for my tank that handles around 330-350 gal/hr. I am currently working a larger one because I want more flow thru my sump.
