overflows for large tanks

designing a large tank probably 120 x 24 x30. what kind of overflows would u guys recommend??
i was thinking either coast to coast style bc its quiet, or external on both sides of the tank. but i recently spoke w someone who told me ALL tanks bow eventually and that my external could crack off and also that the coast to coast can fail. what do u guys use??

My tank was designed by an outstanding manufacturer (AGE). He came up with a 36" external on my 96" hybrid tank with a Eurobrace top (supposed to eliminate the bowing issue).
