ow to catch and move GBTA?

I have a bunch of GBTAs that I want to catch/move. I have tried a lot of things, but no go. Any help/suggestions?

I was able to remove nems from rocks by (even though I hate doing it).

Take the rock out of the water and hang the nem upside down over a bowl, bucket of your tank water. They will release anywhere from 10-20minutes. I was able to remove 2 nems from the same rock this way.

in the future, take a small amount of tank water and put it in the freezer for about 15 minutes. take it out and use a baster and squirt around the foot of the nem. it will release very easily and cause no damage. much easier if you cannot remove the rockwork.

I can't remove the rock. The rock is a big 20lb Marshall island, and is a integral part of the rockscape.

I will try the other technique.
