Oxina cardinalfish info?

These guys caught my eye, but I can't seem to find much info about them. What little I found about them pertained to them in the wild and not in home aquariums.

Anyone happen to have some of these and can share some insight? I'd like to gather some info so I can make an educated choice the next time they are available.

Curious - that link says they are reserved for advanced aquarists but LA says they're easy... I'd go with easy due to them being cardinalfish but I'm relatively new to this whole thing.
