Anyone have suggestions about the recommended amount of airflow to send to an ozonizer? Is more or less better?
I have a red sea Aquazone plus and the instructions don't indicate the recommended amount of air flow.
Instructions say to have vigorous aireration after the water removes the skimmer to break apart the ozone molecules so they don't return to the tank (in addition to carbon filtration). Does that mean if I have too much airflow into the ozonizer then the ozone would be broken down prematurely with excess o2 molecules in the airline tubing and skimmer?, That could significantly limit the effectiveness of the ozonizer!
Any thoughts???
