PA and Jeremy are the Greatest!

I typically purchase all of my dry goods from PA. However, another vendor had a slightly lower price on a Tunze 6105 over the Thanksgiving Holiday so I decided to give them a try. What a total disaster! My order was placed but I never received order confirmation. I called them numerous times w/no answer. I emailed numerous times w/no answer. I posted messages on RC w/no answer. After several days of this non-sense, I sent Jeremy at PA an email and asked if he could help me on the Tunze 6105. Even though the Holiday sale had expired by several days, he extended the sale to help me out. The other vendor finally sent my order after I had cancelled it :mad2:.

Also around the Holiday season, I ordered a LED moonlight from PA. Jeremy contacted me and let me know it was no longer available. I asked if there was something similar. He indicated another light was similar so I told him to ship that one instead. I expected to receive an invoice for another $20 to cover the cost difference but that didn't happen. Jeremy shipped the higher cost unit w/o charging me.

Finally, last year, I ordered a new 400W IC ballast. Three months later, the ballast died BUT IC was out of business. I contacted Jeremy and he offered to replace the IC with any 400W ballast of my choice. He even shipped me a free lamp cord.

Other vendors may offer a 5% coupon or a slight savings ($5 on a $400 item) but don't be tempted like I was. PA does take care of its customers if given the chance.
