Pacific Coast Chiller CL-650 controller problem

I got a pacific coast chiller CL-650 1/4 hp, my problem is that the temop controller would not let me input a lower temp, I can only raise it but not lower. It is sitting too high for my current livestock. I have tried looking up on the internet about the company and called the number they have on the website but only got a machine. What can I do regarding the temp controller / circuit board? Any know of a good email or number for the pacific coast chiller manufacturer?

got the controller fixed, took it to a electronics shop and got the switch replaced. now, it is working fine.
