Paid for a new pump Got a used one!

Got my Pan World 100PX-X today from you! I guess I forgot to tell you I wanted a new pump, Not a used one. Pipe sealant on the threads. Salt on the pump. Calcium in the pump Housing.
You could have at least cleaned it up a little. The bad thing is I have to use this pump. $170.00 for a used pump! How much does a new one COST???????????

Unfortunately it does appear that we made a mistake in this situation and accidentally instead of sending the return back to the manufacturer we inadvertently returned it to stock.

Please give us the chance to make this right for you. If you give me a call at 714-385-0080 ext 59 or send me an email (customercare@marinedepot.com) I will send out a new pump at no cost to you and arrange for UPS to pick up the pump in question.

I do'nt want to use this one. A replacement would be fine.
But looks like I want get it until next week. Well there went $23 for 2 day ups.
